Privacy Policy

1. THE SHORT VERSION

This application has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The developer operates no servers and receives no data about you whatsoever. Everything the application knows stays on your Apple TV.

2. WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Your preferences — language, picture and sound settings, subtitle appearance, the name and avatar you chose.
Your library — favourites, watch history and where you left off.
Your sources — playlist addresses, service links and any keys you entered, kept in the device's own storage.
A cache — artwork, catalogue pages and channel guides, kept so the app opens quickly and works when the network does not.

The cache never leaves your device. The rest is kept in your own private iCloud as well, so it appears on the other Apple TVs signed into your Apple ID — see the next section. Everything on the device is deleted when the application is deleted; "Restore Default Settings" and the cache controls in Settings clear it sooner.

Your passwords and API keys are deliberately excluded from that. They stay on the Apple TV where you typed them.

3. WHAT LEAVES YOUR DEVICE, AND TO WHOM

The application talks directly to these services, from your device, with no intermediary operated by the developer:

Apple (iCloud) — your playlists, categories, favourites, watch history and preferences, kept in the private database of your own iCloud account so your Apple TVs agree with each other. This is your iCloud, not a service the developer runs: the developer cannot read it, Apple's privacy policy governs it, and Settings → iCloud turns it off for a device without deleting anything.
TMDB — for titles, descriptions, artwork and cast. Requests carry the title being looked at and the app's language.
Apple — for official trailers, from the same catalogue the Apple TV app uses.
Subtitle providers you enable (OpenSubtitles, Wizdom, Ktuvit) — for subtitle files, using the title and any account you entered for them.
Sources you configured yourself — playlists, streaming or debrid services. These see what you ask them to play.

Each of those services receives your device's network address, as any internet request does, and each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that. The developer has no access to any of it.

Until you connect a source of your own, the application shows nothing and asks nothing of anyone. Every connection above happens because you connected something or opened something; none of it is a service the developer runs, and what you reach through it — and whether you are entitled to reach it — is yours alone. 4. WHAT IS NEVER COLLECTED

No account is created and no identifier is assigned to you. No usage statistics and no crash reports are produced at all. Nothing is sent to the developer, who operates no server capable of receiving it — the syncing described above goes to your own iCloud and nowhere else, and is readable only by you.

5. CHILDREN

The application is not directed at children and collects nothing from anybody, children included.

6. CHANGES

If this policy changes, the updated version appears here in the application. Because nothing is collected, a change here cannot alter what has already been gathered about you: nothing has been.

המטמון לעולם אינו יוצא מהמכשיר. שאר הפריטים נשמרים גם ב-iCloud הפרטי שלכם, כדי שיופיעו במכשירי Apple TV האחרים המחוברים ל-Apple ID שלכם — ראו את הסעיף הבא. כל מה שנמצא במכשיר נמחק כשהיישום נמחק; "שחזור הגדרות ברירת מחדל" ופקדי המטמון בהגדרות מנקים אותם מוקדם יותר.

3. מה כן יוצא מהמכשיר, ולאן

TMDB — לשמות, תקצירים, תמונות ושחקנים. הבקשות נושאות את הכותר הנצפה ואת שפת היישום.

עד שתחברו מקור משלכם, היישום אינו מציג דבר ואינו פונה לאיש. כל חיבור שמופיע למעלה מתרחש מפני שחיברתם משהו או פתחתם משהו; אף אחד מהם אינו שירות שהמפתח מפעיל, ומה שאתם מגיעים אליו דרכו — והאם אתם רשאים להגיע אליו — הוא עניינכם בלבד. ראו את תנאי השימוש.

4. מה לעולם אינו נאסף

לא נוצר חשבון ולא מוקצה לכם מזהה. נתוני שימוש ודוחות קריסה אינם נוצרים כלל. שום דבר אינו נשלח למפתח, שאינו מפעיל שרת שיכול לקבל אותו — הסנכרון שתואר למעלה מגיע ל-iCloud שלכם בלבד, ורק אתם יכולים לקרוא אותו.

5. ילדים

היישום אינו מיועד לילדים ואינו אוסף דבר מאיש, ילדים בכלל זה.

6. שינויים

אם מדיניות זו תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תופיע כאן ביישום. מכיוון שדבר אינו נאסף, שינוי כאן אינו יכול לשנות את מה שכבר נאסף עליכם: לא נאסף דבר.
