1. THE SHORT VERSION

This application has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The developer operates no servers and receives no data about you whatsoever. Everything the application knows stays on your Apple TV.

One part of the application works differently, and only for someone who chooses it: the Bar on Apple Vision Pro, where fans watch a match together, runs on a server of the developer's own. Section 7 says exactly what it keeps, and how to delete it.

2. WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Your preferences — language, picture and sound settings, subtitle appearance, the name and avatar you chose.
Your library — favourites, watch history and where you left off.
Your sources — playlist addresses, service links and any keys you entered, kept in the device's own storage.
A cache — artwork, catalogue pages and channel guides, kept so the app opens quickly and works when the network does not.

The cache never leaves your device. The rest is kept in your own private iCloud as well, so it appears on the other Apple TVs signed into your Apple ID — see the next section. Everything on the device is deleted when the application is deleted; "Restore Default Settings" and the cache controls in Settings clear it sooner.

Your passwords and API keys are deliberately excluded from that. They stay on the Apple TV where you typed them.

3. WHAT LEAVES YOUR DEVICE, AND TO WHOM

The application talks directly to these services, from your device, with no intermediary operated by the developer:

Apple (iCloud) — your playlists, categories, favourites, watch history and preferences, kept in the private database of your own iCloud account so your Apple TVs agree with each other. This is your iCloud, not a service the developer runs: the developer cannot read it, Apple's privacy policy governs it, and Settings → iCloud turns it off for a device without deleting anything.
TMDB — for titles, descriptions, artwork and cast. Requests carry the title being looked at and the app's language.
Apple — for official trailers, from the same catalogue the Apple TV app uses.
Subtitle providers you enable (OpenSubtitles, Wizdom, Ktuvit) — for subtitle files, using the title and any account you entered for them.
Sources you configured yourself — playlists, streaming or debrid services. These see what you ask them to play.

Each of those services receives your device's network address, as any internet request does, and each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that. The developer has no access to any of it.

Until you connect a source of your own, the application shows nothing and asks nothing of anyone. Every connection above happens because you connected something or opened something; none of it is a service the developer runs, and what you reach through it — and whether you are entitled to reach it — is yours alone. 4. WHAT IS NEVER COLLECTED

No account is created and no identifier is assigned to you. No usage statistics and no crash reports are produced at all. Nothing is sent to the developer, who operates no server capable of receiving it — the syncing described above goes to your own iCloud and nowhere else, and is readable only by you.

The Bar on Apple Vision Pro is the one exception, and only for a fan who joins it: see section 7.

5. CHILDREN

The application is not directed at children and collects nothing from anybody, children included.

The Bar (section 7) keeps what that section describes for every fan who joins it. Its bars that admit anyone are for fans who declare themselves eighteen or older; a younger fan may join only bars with friends.

6. CHANGES

If this policy changes, the updated version appears here in the application. Because nothing is collected, a change here cannot alter what has already been gathered about you: nothing has been.

What the Bar keeps (section 7) is kept only as that section says; a change to it will appear here before it takes effect.

7. THE BAR, ON APPLE VISION PRO

The Bar is where fans watch a match together over FaceTime. It is the one part of the application with a server of the developer's own, at borp.tv, and it is used only by a fan who chooses to join it. Nothing in this section applies to anyone who does not.

What the Bar keeps while you are a member:

Your account — a random identifier, when it was made and last used, and a fingerprint (a one-way hash) of the key your headset made for it and of each session it opens. The key itself stays in your Keychain, and in iCloud Keychain when that is on; the server never has it. There is no password, no email address and no Apple ID.
Your username, the clubs and leagues you follow, the year of birth you gave, your language, and your Bar settings, such as whether friends may see which bar you are in.
Your friends and friend requests, the fans you block, and invitations to bars.
The bars you open, and your seat in one, only while the bar stands: a bar that closes is erased, with its link, its seats and its invitations.
Reports you make and reports about you, for 30 days; a pause from the bars, until it ends — even if the account is deleted.
The guest passes you used, for up to 40 days.
If you allow notifications, your headset's push token, so it can be told of friend requests, invitations and kickoffs.
For each of your headsets, the public half of a key Apple's App Attest service certified, which lets the server check that a request comes from this application on a real device.

What the Bar keeps briefly, and why:

To stop accounts being made in bulk, a keyed hash of the network address an account was made from, for one day.
Apple's DeviceCheck service keeps two bits for your device on the developer's behalf — whether it made a Bar account this month, and whether an account on it was paused — with the month they last changed. Apple does not tell the developer which device they belong to.

What the Bar never has: your voice, your picture, the FaceTime call, what you watch on your own channel, your playlists or sources, or your Apple ID. Voices and faces travel over FaceTime and SharePlay, which are Apple's. The FaceTime link a host gives the Bar is kept only while the bar is open, and given only to the fans its door lets in. The server's logs carry identifiers, never names.

Who sees what: fans on the board see a bar's name and its host's username and club; fans in a bar with you see your username and club, while FaceTime shows them the name and face your call shows, as on any call; friends see whether you are in a bar — which one only if you allow it, and nothing while you appear away; the people who answer reports see which fan was reported, by how many fans and why, never who reported.

Fixtures and scores come to the Bar's server from a sports data provider. Nothing about you is sent to it.

The Bar's data is used for the Bar alone: never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared except where the law requires it. Settings → The Bar → Delete my Bar account removes all of it from the server at once — except reports about you, which lapse within 30 days, and a pause, which stands until it ends — and removes the account's key from your Keychain. 2. מה נשמר במכשיר שלכם

ההעדפות שלכם — שפה, הגדרות תמונה וקול, מראה הכתוביות, השם והתמונה שבחרתם.
הספרייה שלכם — מועדפים, היסטוריית צפייה והנקודה שבה הפסקתם.
המקורות שלכם — כתובות רשימות השמעה, קישורי שירותים וכל מפתח שהזנתם, השמורים באחסון של המכשיר.
מטמון — תמונות, דפי קטלוג ולוחות שידורים, הנשמרים כדי שהיישום ייפתח מהר ויעבוד גם כשהרשת לא.

המטמון לעולם אינו יוצא מהמכשיר. שאר הפריטים נשמרים גם ב-iCloud הפרטי שלכם, כדי שיופיעו במכשירי Apple TV האחרים המחוברים ל-Apple ID שלכם — ראו את הסעיף הבא. כל מה שנמצא במכשיר נמחק כשהיישום נמחק; "שחזור הגדרות ברירת מחדל" ופקדי המטמון בהגדרות מנקים אותם מוקדם יותר.

3. מה כן יוצא מהמכשיר, ולאן

עד שתחברו מקור משלכם, היישום אינו מציג דבר ואינו פונה לאיש. כל חיבור שמופיע למעלה מתרחש מפני שחיברתם משהו או פתחתם משהו; אף אחד מהם אינו שירות שהמפתח מפעיל, ומה שאתם מגיעים אליו דרכו — והאם אתם רשאים להגיע אליו — הוא עניינכם בלבד. ראו את תנאי השימוש.

4. מה לעולם אינו נאסף

לא נוצר חשבון ולא מוקצה לכם מזהה. נתוני שימוש ודוחות קריסה אינם נוצרים כלל. שום דבר אינו נשלח למפתח, שאינו מפעיל שרת שיכול לקבל אותו — הסנכרון שתואר למעלה מגיע ל-iCloud שלכם בלבד, ורק אתם יכולים לקרוא אותו.

הבר ב-Apple Vision Pro הוא החריג היחיד, ורק לאוהד שמצטרף אליו: ראו סעיף 7.

5. ילדים

היישום אינו מיועד לילדים ואינו אוסף דבר מאיש, ילדים בכלל זה.

הבר (סעיף 7) שומר את המתואר בסעיף ההוא על כל אוהד שמצטרף אליו. ברים שפתוחים לכולם מיועדים לאוהדים שמצהירים שהם בני שמונה-עשרה ומעלה; אוהד צעיר יותר יכול להצטרף רק לברים עם חברים.

6. שינויים

אם מדיניות זו תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תופיע כאן ביישום. מכיוון שדבר אינו נאסף, שינוי כאן אינו יכול לשנות את מה שכבר נאסף עליכם: לא נאסף דבר.

מה שהבר שומר (סעיף 7) נשמר רק כפי שהסעיף ההוא קובע; שינוי בכך יופיע כאן לפני שייכנס לתוקף.

7. הבר, ב-Apple Vision Pro

הבר הוא המקום שבו אוהדים צופים יחד במשחק דרך FaceTime. זה החלק היחיד ביישום שיש לו שרת של המפתח עצמו, בכתובת borp.tv, ורק אוהד שבוחר להצטרף אליו משתמש בו. דבר בסעיף הזה אינו חל על מי שלא הצטרף.

מה הבר שומר כל עוד אתם חברים בו:

החשבון שלכם — מזהה אקראי, מתי נוצר ומתי היה בשימוש לאחרונה, וטביעת אצבע (גיבוב חד-כיווני) של המפתח שהמכשיר שלכם יצר עבורו ושל כל הפעלה שהוא פותח. המפתח עצמו נשאר במחזיק המפתחות שלכם, וגם במחזיק המפתחות של iCloud כשהוא פועל; לשרת אין אותו לעולם. אין סיסמה, אין כתובת דוא״ל ואין Apple ID.
שם המשתמש, הקבוצות והליגות שאתם עוקבים אחריהן, שנת הלידה שמסרתם, השפה שלכם והגדרות הבר — למשל אם חברים רשאים לראות באיזה בר אתם.
החברים ובקשות החברות שלכם, האוהדים שחסמתם, וההזמנות לברים.
הברים שאתם פותחים, והמקום שלכם בבר, רק כל עוד הבר קיים: בר שנסגר נמחק, יחד עם הקישור, המקומות וההזמנות שלו.
דיווחים ששלחתם ודיווחים עליכם, למשך 30 יום; השהיה מהברים, עד שהיא מסתיימת — גם אם החשבון נמחק.
כרטיסי האורח שניצלתם, למשך עד 40 יום.
אם אישרתם התראות, אסימון ההתראות של המכשיר, כדי שאפשר יהיה להודיע לו על בקשות חברות, הזמנות ושריקות פתיחה.
לכל אחד מהמכשירים שלכם, החלק הציבורי של מפתח ששירות App Attest של Apple אישר, שמאפשר לשרת לוודא שבקשה מגיעה מהיישום הזה במכשיר אמיתי.

מה הבר שומר לזמן קצר, ולמה:

כדי למנוע יצירת חשבונות בכמויות, גיבוב עם מפתח של כתובת הרשת שממנה נוצר חשבון, למשך יום אחד.
שירות DeviceCheck של Apple שומר עבור המפתח שתי סיביות למכשיר שלכם — האם נוצר בו חשבון בר החודש, והאם חשבון בו הושהה — ואת החודש שבו השתנו לאחרונה. Apple אינה מגלה למפתח לאיזה מכשיר הן שייכות.

מי רואה מה: אוהדים בלוח רואים את שם הבר ואת שם המשתמש והקבוצה של המארח; אוהדים שנמצאים איתכם בבר רואים את שם המשתמש והקבוצה שלכם, ו-FaceTime מציג להם את השם והפנים שהשיחה שלכם מציגה, כמו בכל שיחה; חברים רואים אם אתם בבר — באיזה בר רק אם אישרתם, ושום דבר כשבחרתם להיראות לא זמינים; מי שעונים לדיווחים רואים איזה אוהד דווח, על ידי כמה אוהדים ומדוע, לעולם לא מי דיווח.

לוחות המשחקים והתוצאות מגיעים לשרת הבר מספק נתוני ספורט. שום מידע עליכם אינו נשלח אליו.

המידע של הבר משמש את הבר בלבד: הוא לעולם אינו נמכר, אינו משמש לפרסום, ואינו נמסר לאיש אלא כשהחוק מחייב. הגדרות ← הבר ← למחוק את חשבון הבר שלי מוחק את כולו מהשרת מיד — מלבד דיווחים עליכם, שפוקעים תוך 30 יום, והשהיה, שעומדת עד שהיא מסתיימת — ומסיר את מפתח החשבון ממחזיק המפתחות שלכם. שאלות על כך מגיעות לאדם בכתובת support@borp.tv.
